Christina Hendricks

Christina Hendricks is an American actor who is most well-known for her portrayal of Joan Holloway in the seven seasons of period drama show on AMC Mad Men (2007-2015). The show earned her six Emmy nominations for best supporting actor and critical praise. Her work has been recognized throughout the past two decades for her work in legal drama Kevin Hill, comedy series Another Period and crime drama Tin Star. Her voice is featured in films such as Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River as well as The Neon Demon, The Strangers : Prey at Night Egg, and American Woman. Her voice was used in animated films such as Toy Story 4, Scoob!, and From Up on Poppy Hill. Her modeling career started in the early days of modeling, and she continued to do it for years until her debut as an actor on TV in Undressed which was a 1999 TV series. She had her first significant character in the comedy-drama show Beggars and Choosers. After the show, she was recognized for her role in Firefly. Esquire magazine chose her to be the Sexiest Woman on Earth as well as the most attractive American woman for 2010.
